Our popular beer chicken is an exceptional dish made by marinating chicken in our original beer for over 36 hours. It is slowly cooked at a low temperature so that it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It goes without saying that it pairs perfectly with beer. For an additional 1,000 yen, you can also add three of Ottotto's original craft beers! *It takes several days to prepare the delicious chicken, so please make your reservation at least three days in advance.
